Enquiries

When you submit the application form, we process the information you provide, including your name, work email, company, website, role, company stage, buying trigger and project context. We also receive basic attribution data included with the form, such as the source URL, referrer and campaign parameters when present.

Purpose and legal basis

We use this information only to assess and respond to your enquiry, prepare a possible engagement and communicate with you about it. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, where processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Hosting and server logs

Our hosting provider processes technically necessary connection and server-log data to deliver and protect the website. Recipients

Retention
